This was a complete heating retrofit in a very old building. The original heating system was 6 gas fired furnaces all vented to a common A vent. It was virtually impossible to replace the furnaces as there was was simply no where to go with the PVC venting. The decision was made to install a single high efficiency boiler and 6 fan coils in place of the old furnaces.
